We are very pleased to welcome Juan Artiles back to the SERVPRO of South Charlotte family! 

Juan is a Project Manager, he is bilingual in English and Spanish with many years of experience in the restoration industry.  He has been a licensed adjuster since 2002 and is certified by the IICRC as a Water Remediation Technician, an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, a Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, and has a certification in odor control. 

However, Juan is not only a long-term professional in the restoration industry, he's also a favorite of both staff and customers alike.  He takes pride in his work, he maintains a calm, pleasant demeanor in the most trying of circumstances, he just truly treats others the way he wants to be treated.  Needless to say, we are very happy to have Juan back in the SERVPRO family!
